How we work
Licensed transport, and the licence is on display
RA is a company incorporated under Belgian law, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under enterprise number 0805.574.607, based at 4 Zavel Box A in 9620 Zottegem. We operate under the municipal authorisation for individual remunerated passenger transport, [MUNICIPAL AUTHORISATION NUMBER], issued under the Flemish decree on remunerated passenger transport.
Two things you are entitled to check. The authorisation and the driver pass are displayed in the vehicle and you may look at them at any time — a vehicle carrying paying passengers without them is operating illegally and is not insured for you. And the fare is agreed before the journey begins, with no supplement applied that was not disclosed in advance. Journey times are estimates: traffic, weather and roadworks are real, so allow a margin for a flight.

The questions we get most
How do I know you are licensed?
The municipal authorisation and the driver pass are displayed in the vehicle, and you are welcome to look at them. A car carrying paying passengers without them is not legally operating and its insurance will not cover you.
Will the price change during the journey?
No. The fare is agreed before you get in, and we apply no supplement that was not disclosed when you booked.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight before setting off for an arrivals pick-up, so you are not paying for waiting that could have been avoided. Tell us the flight number when you book.
Can you take my child?
Yes, with an appropriate child restraint — but it must be requested in advance. We carry seats that have been booked, and without one we cannot legally take the child.
How early should you collect me for a flight?
We plan backwards from check-in and build in a margin. Traffic and roadworks are not predictable, and missing a flight to save twenty minutes is a bad trade.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes, monthly with every journey listed, on rates agreed per route. It saves collecting receipts and makes the cost predictable.
